Welcome to Kingsmead Sixth Form!

We were delighted to celebrate another year of exceptional results at Kingsmead Sixth Form in the summer of 2025. Our students achieved an average grade of B at A-Level, and a Distinction at Vocational Level, reflecting both their commitment and the high-quality support they receive.

 
Our students have secured impressive destinations, including two students going on to study Medicine at the University of Birmingham and another gaining a place to study History at the University of Oxford. Others are pursuing exciting courses such as Astrophysics, Sociology and Politics at the University of Liverpool, Film and TV Production at the University of York, and Cyber Security at the University of Southampton. Alongside these academic pathways, we are also proud of students who have chosen high-quality vocational routes such Physiotherapy at University College Birmingham and Paramedic Science at Staffordshire University. 

We could not be prouder of our students and believe their success is a combination of the high expectations set by our outstanding teaching staff and the strong work ethic students develop with us during their time. Whether you are continuing your journey with us or joining from another school, you will be welcomed into a supportive community where you can take responsibility, gain independence, and discover where your aspirations can take you. With our strong pastoral care and focus on encouraging our students to become independent learners, your future is our priority.
